Landfill Update
Since the ReStore's opening in November, 2004 we have successfully diverted over 6 million pounds of product that may otherwise have been thrown into the Anchorage landfill.

Interested in Volunteering? Due to the growth of the ReStore, there is a need for additional volunteers to assist customers, price and stock merchandise, schedule pickups by phone and perform related tasks.  For more detailed volunteer assignment information, Click here.  ReStore volunteers will meet new people, help reduce substandard housing in Anchorage, and promote reuse and recycling efforts.
