Oklahoma Commons Build 2011 - 2012

From mid-May 2011 through spring 2012 Habitat for Humanity - Anchorage's volunteers and Partner Families are building seven homes at the new Oklahoma Commons Build at the corner of Oklahoma Street and E 4th Avenue in NE Anchorage. Click here for a map of our jobsite location.

This build will consist of three two-bedroom condo/duplexes, three three-bedroom condo/duplexes, and one single-family, four-bedroom detached home. Habitat is proud to be working with Olberding White Architects and Ten21 Architecture to develop the design for this site and for these 2011 homes:

All seven homes will have a one-car garage. One two-bedroom home will be handicap accessible. All of the other homes are handicap adaptable.
